Zurich locals love nothing more than a good brunch. Whether you are with a group of friends to reminisce the night just passed, or with family, there is a brunch place in Switzerland’s banking and finance capital that is right for you. From a full English breakfast to mimosas, we have rounded up ten of Zurich’s best brunch spots.
After too many cocktails on a Saturday night, this is the place for you. Located at the end of Löwenstrasse, Babu’s Bakery and Coffeehouse is a haven of an excellent brunch menu that covers pretty much anything you would ever wish to eat on a beautiful morning. Choose from the extensive list of options, which features bread and pastries made on site and breakfast favorites like acai bowl, salmon bagel, omelet, waffles, a good cup of coffee and the thickest and fluffiest pancakes. The place gets ridiculously busy on the weekends and service can be long so booking in advance is recommended.

Tucked away in a relaxed country setting, Fork and Bottle is Zurich’s only farm-to-table restaurant that offers a constantly changing menu of more than sixty craft beers. Created by chefs working directly with farmers, the menu also features homemade comfort food served at a fair price. Highlights include full English breakfast, pulled pork benedict, mushrooms on toast, bacon and homemade chorizo breakfast burrito, and fried chicken and savory sweet potato and spring onion waffles. If you are up for a boozy brunch, Fork and Bottle also has an outstanding selection of cocktails such as Bloody Mary, Aperol Spritz, and Mimosa.
