The Folding Hand Truck also comes with a bungee cord included (yay) and a surprisingly low price tag, making it great value for money overall. The wheels may be a little stiff at first, but don’t give up on this cart – they will loosen over time.

While the plastic components of the Folding Hand Truck could be slightly more durable, at least they’ve helped to keep the weight down and, overall, this cart is an economical, stylish, and highly functional way of moving your gear from A to B.

The combination of plastic and stainless steel construction has done a great job of providing enough strength to carry 70-lb loads while keeping the weight of the overall cart at just 3 lbs.

What’s more, the Samsonite Folding Luggage Cart folds down super small, so you can slide it in your carry-on at the airport, and the folding mechanism itself is super easy. It’s also one of the stupidest luggage carts we’ve come across thanks to the broad durable base and the anchor straps that come included and make sure that your gear doesn’t take a tumble.

We wish the wheels were slightly larger to aid mobility, but we guess you can’t have everything. Affordable, portable, and stable – what more could you ask for at this price?!

Travel Smart Folding Cart

If you want a way to make moving your goods around easier, but you reeeeally don’t want to splash the cash, then you won’t find much better than the Travel Smart Folding Cart.

This cart features a sleek design, yet it’s super durable too thanks to the all-steel (and no plastic) construction. While the steel can support loads of 75lbs, it’s lightweight steel that has kept the overall weight of the cart at just over 3 lbs.

We love that you can raise the edges of the base plate to support your gear (or point downwards to keep the luggage cart standing), and, as if it wasn’t great blue for money anyway, it even comes with a  bungee cord included.

Unlike some other models, the handle isn’t telescoping, so you’re limited to just one height when in use. However, for an absolute bargain, you’re getting a super durable, stable, and portable luggage cart that exceeds expectations at this price point.

Magna Cart Personal Hand Truck

Okay, next up we have the Magna Cart Personal Hand Truck.

Despite its sleek appearance, this cart can handle luggage weighing up to 150 lbs thanks to its chunky 5-inch rubber wheels and durable corrosion-resistant aluminum construction. Plus, the wheels fold in and out helping to keep the cart nice and compact when folded away.

We also love the telescoping handle that extends to a mighty 39 inches tall, so you can pull your luggage without hunching over, yet the whole thing can be packed down to a bundle less than three inches wide for easy transport and storage.

As much as we like the durable nature of this compact folding cart, it has added to the weight slightly – at 7 lbs, this is actually the heaviest cart on our list. It doesn’t come with a bungee cord either, so you’ll have to pick one of those up separately.

However, if you’re after a compact luggage cart that can handle heavy loads and is built to last, yet packs away to a surprisingly small size, then this is an awesome option.

Coocheer Folding Hand Truck

The Coocheer Folding Hand Truck is another great option for anyone wanting portability without a ridiculous price tag.

The plastic and metal construction has helped to keep the weight of this luggage cart down (3.5 lbs), yet it can carry loads of up to 88 lbs, which is far heavier than your average affordable option.

The telescoping handle gives you three height options, making this a great option for the whole family, and it also packs down small enough to slip into your carry-on luggage at the airport. Plus, we love that the wheels are designed to glide silently across the floor, so you won’t have to squeak your way around., and it comes with a bungee cord too.

Our main complaint is that the base could be a little broad for added stability, but overall, this is a great product.

ROYI Folding Hand Truck

If you’re after a rugged hand cart that will make your life a lot easier, then the ROYI Folding Hand Truck could be the one for you.

With a capacity of 155 lbs, this is one of the strongest luggage carts on our list. Not only that, but it also features thick steel construction that can handle some bumps and scrapes.

On top of that, we love the telescoping handle with its three height options (the tallest of which is just under 40 inches), and the corrugated wheels that make this carry suitable for outdoor use (although it’s not so great on slopes).

Finally, it comes with a bungee cord AND a carry bag included – so you can pp it on your back when not in use. It’s slightly heavier than some other models, but its durability is the name of the game, then it’s worth those extra pounds.

Orange Tech Hand Truck

The Orange Tech Folding Hand Truck is another popular foldable luggage cart, and it’s easy to see why.

It has a large capacity of 155 lbs, and we love that the base features extra steel bars to help provide added stability – and it even extends out to provide an extra-large platform for bigger goods, pretty neat huh? The all-steel construction makes this one durable cart, although it has ramped up the weight.

The telescoping handle gives you three height choices (but make sure that it’s fully clicked into place when you make adjustments), and the shockproof wheels are grippy and silent too. It even comes with a bungee strap and carry bag included too – what a winner!

BlueJan Luggage Cart

Last, but by no means least, we have the BlueJan Luggage Cart.

The BlueJan luggage cart is lightweight, folds down super small, and comes with a bungee cord included.

The plastic construction makes it slightly less durable than other models (the handle doesn’t feel super strong) and it limits then weight capacity to 77 lbs. The base is also smaller than some models, so you might have trouble with bulkier loads.

However, if you want something simple and lightweight for those lighter loads, then you’ll find carrying your compact luggage a breeze with this cart.
