These materials are also very lightweight and comfortable on the skin. The hoodie is sufficiently breathable and warm enough to wear in colder weather thanks to the comfortable fleece lining on the inside.

Additionally, the material of the Evolution hoodie is also quick-drying and moisture-wicking, which means that it doesn’t absorb a lot of moisture. This is mostly great if you tend to sweat a lot – the hoodie won’t absorb that much sweat, so it will stay clean and fresh longer. And in case it gets a little wet, it will dry off very quickly. In terms of materials, the Full-Zip Evolution hoodie is identical to the pullover Evolution. It’s a hoodie made from recycled plastic bottles and about three cups of spent coffee grounds. It is equally sustainable and eco-friendly, so this shouldn’t be a factor when deciding between the two Coalatree hoodies.

Other features of the materials are the same – DWR coating, odor resistance, and UV protection. The full-zip hoodie is also stain resistant, very lightweight, and lined with fleece for extra coziness.

The odor resistance is a big deal here, and one of the things that makes these hoodies a much better option for outdoor adventures than classic cotton hoodies. Cotton is a naturally odor-absorbing material, whereas polyester is odor-resistant. In other words, the hoodie remains fresh and smells clean even after you’ve sweat in it for a while.

Pockets

The main difference between the two Coalatree hoodies is their pockets. Whereas the pullover hoodie has one large open pocket on the front and a zippered pocket behind it, the full-zip hoodie instead has a hand-warming pocket on either side of the zipper.
