The Sea To Summit Aeros Ultralight Pillow is an incredibly easy pillow to use and it is much easier to use than pretty much every other inflatable pillow on the market.

All you have to do is remove it from the stuff sack, open it out, open the valve lid, and blow three breaths inside the pillow and it is full. How quick is that?

Once full, you can then adjust how rigid it is by pushing the button in the valve that slowly releases air so you can find your ideal level of hardness.

The valve releases air very slowly so you can fine-tune it down to a T without any worries or having to re-inflate.

Deflating it quickly is an absolute breeze too and takes less than a minute. Once deflated, it is quick and easy to fold it up and get it back into your stuff sack.

While the Sea To Summit Aeros Ultralight Pillow is very easy to use as an inflatable, it is not easier to use than a synthetic pillow which you simply pull out of your bag and then put it back in the morning, so bear that in mind.

Weight & Packed Size

When you are carrying all your gear from one campsite to the next every once counts and every inch of volume in your pack is precious.

The last thing you need is a heavy, bulky pillow taking up all the room, luckily the Summit Aeros Ultralight Pillow doesn’t do either.

Weight

The Summit Aeros Ultralight Pillow weighs just 2.1 ounces which means you will barely even notice that it is in your backpack.

It is a very lightest inflatable camping pillow but it is not the lightest on the market. That being said, the others don’t compare when it comes to comfort and for the sake of less than an ounce, there is nothing to complain about here.

Packed Size

When packed into its stuff sack the Summit Aeros Ultralight Pillow is 14.2 x 10.2 x 4.7 inches in dimensions which equates to about 0.5 liters of volume.

This means that adding the Aeros Ultralight Pillow isn’t a big deal and what it offers more than makes up for the space consumption. It is incredibly convenient to bring on travels and long camping trips into the wilderness.

But, it is not the smallest inflatable camping pillow out there when it comes to packed size but it is better across the board.

Overall, the Sea To Summit Aeros Ultralight Pillow is a very impressive inflatable pillow and it is perfect for anyone who camps out a lot in the backcountry or anyone who travels often too.

The minimal weight and size mean you can take it anywhere, the soft shell is comfy, it is easy to use, and it will last a lifetime. Plus, you will actually have a pillow to sleep on when camping out in the middle of nowhere.

It is, however, not the best choice for car campers or travelers who have the space for a fluffy down pillow in their bags, as those are way nicer!
